Dreamstime was among the first stock agencies I began contributing to in 2009. It's been long - much post production, keywording and writing, research, uploading, (and much of it is everything else than photography) but all in all fantastic journey to achieve 3000 photos online.
To a great deal my photography is editorial. I love transport, work sites, industries, events, action, which can be seen in my portfolio of largely transport and industrial images. My favourite topic are trucks and heavy transport for their beauty and functionality. After all, our economies rely on wheels!
My mission is always to do my best as for image quality. I don't care if it means supplying fewer images. It's the quality that counts.
I also think that as a photographer, you need to make things work. During events, etc. the circumstances are not always the best. You can't control weather. You need to think on your feet and make things work.
Especially in challenging circumstances, quality gear is a great help. Very recently I updated my gear to Canon 5D Mk IV and 24-105 f4 LIS USM II, and still have my Mark III to use with the 70-200 f4 LIS USM simultaneously. The Mark IV is a great camera and I can't wait to shoot more with it. Thanks to Mark IV I am also able to upload larger images to Dreamstime and other stock agencies, so stay tuned!
